The Chef's Tasting Menu is spectacular, the best
dining experience of my life!
The service was amazing, the waiters were
attentive and knowledgeable, our friend asked
about the "chef's tasting menu" and the waiter
recommended that the whole table order it so
that we would not be jealous... it was true, we
would have been jealous of course after course
of spectacular, sophisticated, mouthwatering
dishes. It was easily the best dining
experience of my life. I can not possibly do the
restaurant justice in this review, all I can say
is you must go there and order the Chef's

recommendation: I took Bill to the Springwater
Bistro last night for his birthday - it was
incredible! Bill had the chef's tasting menu
and absolutely loved everything. They even
wrote Happy Birthday in chocolate on his desert
plate. It was definitely the best birthday Bill
